Therapeutic CONSULTATION Services
We provide BCBA/BCaBA supervision to BACB® candidates. Supervision is rendered by a BCBA .Our supervisors oversee individuals who are accruing fieldwork hours to become a BCBA or BCaBA.
Consultative services for stakeholders offering personalized behavior support strategies and training, including assessments, data collection, and intervention plans.
BCBA/BCABA SUPERVISION
Empowering individuals and stakeholders with essential knowledge and skills for informed sexual health decisions. Tailored workshops offer evidence-based training on discussing and implementing sexuality education.

How it Works
Support Coordinators will complete our Initial Referral Form for Behavioral Therapeutic Consultation Services.
Initial Referral
Once referral form is submitted, our team will follow up within 24-48 hours regarding next steps/placement with Clinician.
Follow Up
Support Coordinators will also upload client documents through our New Client CSB (Community Service Board).
Intake Forms
Clinician & Operations Manager will write and submit Initial Service Authorization to WaMS.
Obtain Authorization
Clinician and stakeholders will have a virtual intake meeting to discuss the interfering behaviors and schedule future observations.
Virtual Intake Meeting
Clinicians have 180 days to write conduct assessments, observe client, consult with stakeholders, develop data collection system, train stakeholders on Data Collection, and design/develop the Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Support Plan.

We do not accept any insurances at this time.

At this time, we do not provide direct ABA services. We only provide services under the ID/DD Medicaid Waiver (specifically the FIS and CL waiver).

Behavioral Therapeutic Consultation is not a 1:1 service. Our clinicians will work directly with the individual to model for the parent or stakeholder the recommended intervention.

We are available to provide services virtually in Virginia. We currently have in-person clinicians in the following CSB areas: Arlington, Alexandria, Chesterfield, District 19, Henrico, Hanover, Goochland/Powhatan, Fairfax, Prince William County, Region 10.
